Ughhhh why the hell does the Moncton housing market have to be so awesome? Nothing cool is for sale in Fredericton – all rented – why bother to sell right since the university crowd will just pay to live there right? Meanwhile I dick around on a website, see a small handful of homes I can easily afford right here in Moncton.

I DON’T WANT TO LIVE IN MONCTON. Ughhh. Irritating.

It does make me think though, why not get one, then rent it out, and then sell in a few years at a profit? Too much work that’s why, plus I won’t be in the city to deal with any issues…..seems such a waste to just let it go.

I need to stop looking at this stuff, it’s pissing me off.
